with binding laws, rules, and regulations of private
individuals, businesses, municipalities, and government law
enforcement is the responsibility of each participant. The
SC Shootout does not accept any liability for any non-registered individuals nor does
the SC Shootout in any way accept any liability for the
actions of any persons, registered or otherwise. The SC
Shootout shall not be held liable for any consequential
damages or legal consequences resulting from any activity
