The SC Shootout may use some of your information to promote the event which may include posting your SCCOA screen names on the SCCOA Events Forum and/or posting pictures and/or video of you and you car on our website www.SC-Shootout.com and/or include footage from the event for promotional purposes.  If you DO NOT wish to have your SCCOA screen name or likeness used in this way you must select the NO check box below.

The SC Shootout and its representatives shall not be held liable for any action that occurs during the event or involving any of the participants.   The SC Shootout is a purely administrative entity and maintains no control over, nor responsibility for, the actions of the event participants.  The SC Shootout will not provide any enforcement of any rules, laws, or regulations.  Compliance with binding laws, rules, and regulations of private individuals, businesses, municipalities, and government law enforcement is the responsibility of each participant.  The SC Shootout does not accept any liability for any non-registered individuals nor does the SC Shootout in any way accept any liability for the actions of any persons, registered or otherwise.  The SC Shootout shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or legal consequences resulting from any activity engaged upon by any participants.  Please check YES below if you agree, otherwise this registration will be dropped.
